* Applies to under- and post graduate students. Please upload a copy of your student’s ID or a written confirmation signed by the head of department during your registration.
 
The registration fee includes access to all lectures and exhibitions,electronic abstract book and printed final program,coffee/tea breaks during the conference,and also Wednesday to Friday lunch.
 
Confirmation of Registration:
 
Registration will only become effective once the registration form and payment have been received by the Congress Secretariat.

Every participant who has completed the registration process will receive a registration number and a confirmation of registration by 
e-mail.

Registration fees can be paid on-site,at the registration desk
within the congress venue.
